427 Manifold

427 manifold from Robert Pond Motorsports is a dual plane
manifold and performs exquisitely on street and strip.  
High-rise intakes with 180° firing produce excellent throttle
response and maximum top-end horsepower.  Manifold has
been port matched to our Stage 2 head. For 1500-6500 rpm.

Camshaft

Camshaft

We designed this camshaft for excellent performance on
street and strip.  It is the end result of exhaustive dyno testing,
and we believe it is one of the best camshaft profiles on the
market.  It is a hydraulic roller cam and produces maximum
torque at 4100, maximum horsepower at 5700, depending
on your engine configuration. When used in our 482 crate
engines, it puts out well over 600 hp and 600 ft. lbs.
of torque on pump gas.

Distributor

Distributor

MSD Billet and Pro-Billet are the finest performance and
racing distributors available. Every feature is designed to
provide the best in performance and endurance to top-off
your ignition system. MSD distributors from Robert Pond
Motorsports have been upgraded and recalibrated;
distributor gear has been changed to a billet steel gear
for compatibility with our roller camshafts.

Piston Rings, Pins

Robert Pond Motorsports and CP Pistons have designed
these parts to deliver maximum performance on both street
and strip using 10.75 CR and pump gas. This piston and ring
combo is used in our crate engines.

Crankshaft and Rods

RPM racing crankshaft

RPM crankshafts are forged and have performed excellent over 1000 hp.

RPM "H" beam rods come standard with ARP 2000 series rod bolts. These rods have been used successfully in engines over 1000 hp.

These RPM rods and crankshafts are used in our crate engines.
RPM's forged crankshafts are precision machined and nitrate
hardened for superior wear resistance.  They have straight shot and
chamfered oil holes, and a radius on all journals (typically .125”.)

Roller Rocker Arms for 482 Crate Engines

T&D rocker arms are now standard on RPM 427 Ford crate  engines. T&D developed these rocker arms for us exclusively,  and they include special longer bolts to fit our blocks.

engines. T&D developed these rocker arms for us exclusively,
and they include special longer bolts to fit our blocks.

Roller Rockers for Ford FE V8s are manufactured
for Robert Pond Motorsports by industry leader,
T&D Machine Products. 

They have needle bearings at the shaft to prevent galling
and breakage. A roller at the valve tip reduces side loads on
the valve stems. They are fully adjustable and compatible
with solid, hydraulic or roller lifter cams.

Billet aluminum bodies are made form heat treated 7075-T6
extruded aluminum for maximum strength. Unique truss design
minimizes deflection. Unique steel shafts are heat treated and
center-less ground for straightness. Special outboard supports
help prevent failure.

All rockers, spacers, shafts and strands are included and
fully assembled. They are an excellent choice for street and
strip cars with spring loads up to 650 lbs.

Like Robert Pond Motorsports blocks, these roller rocker
arms are made in the USA.
